Mid strip was in a parking lot behind ballys last year, and was in the open, but that was last year where the sunset much earlier in october. To actually get to the shuttle stop, it was quite a bit of a walk, because ubers cannot drop you off/pick you up any closer than the ballys hotel entrance.
