There are four dips and all are delicious but our favorite is the red pepper/feta mix. Out entrees are the salmon dish and shrimp with pasta. The salmon is grilled and served over polenta and roasted root veggies with a beet relish and a green sauce similar to chimichurri. The combination of flavors is soooo perfect.
